There are three types of users of EmpXtrack. The Employees,
Managers and HR Managers.
Each employee can be one or more of these user types in the same login.
Employee
Every individual in the organization is an employee.
Manager
Includes all employees that have one or more reporting relationships with other employees. Examples are:-
- Line Managers / supervisors
- Functional / Dotted Managers,
- Reviewers
- Business Unit Heads
HR Administrator
There could be one HR Manager for the entire organization and/or one or more HR Manager for each Business Unit. HR Managers are responsible for all aspects related to employee management and growth, The HR Administrator is a special role assigned to one of the HR Managers (normally, Manager Performance Management). He has an access to the records of any employee in the organization. This manager is given a unique admin login besides the regular login.
Goal Setting
Assigning goals to employees helps in improving their accountability & hence the productivity. Goal setting is, therefore, a strategic enabler of performance & growth of an organization.
'Goal Setting' module is a work- flow based tool that enables a top down goal allocation process to be put in place. Status of completion of goals by the employees can be tracked in real time. This module helps in alignment of employees performance to organization objectives. The module is completely configurable to your needs.
