- Licenses imply any number of appraisals in one year for "Active" employees in your database.
- Data Load: We will pre-configure the application for you with employee details, reporting relationships, Job Descriptions and all other master data. This data is to be provided in specified spreadsheet format. The application will be ready to run on day 1.
- Hosted option includes application server, bandwidth, database licenses and has no additional costs for one year.
- Configuration includes changes to Forms, Ratings, and Workflows.
- Customization applies to code changes & changes to reports
- Support will be provided by email. Additional support options also available.
