An alumni of IIT Delhi, Tushar is an expert in Product Architecture & Design and focuses on Enterprise Application Integration and Product Development Frameworks using multiple technologies.
Maj. Gen. B.K. Bhatia had an illustrious career of 35 years with the Indian Army Technical services before joining a TATA Group Company as VP - HR & Admin and Corporate Quality Head. He is the author of 'HR Policy Guidelines' for Tata Chemicals and the designer of their 'Performance Management System'. He also served with Tata Management Training Center (TMTC) as Senior Consultant in HR & TBEM (a quality model based on Malcolm Balridge Quality Criteria).
An Electronics Engineer by background, Gen. Bhatia is an alumni of IIT Kanpur, MBA (HR) from Punjabi University and a BEI Technique qualified Interviewing Officer.
Currently he is managing our HR Consulting practice and Products initiatives.
Ankur Arora,Vice President Sales, Saigun Technologies, has an experience of over 15 years in the area of marketing and innovation. Before working for Saigun, Ankur led the all-India operations for a hi-end retail marketing chain out of 12 cities in India.
Ankur is an alumni of NIFT, New Delhi and is an engineer by profession.
Kripal Singh, Associate Director Technology, a technology specialist who has over 12 years of experience on technologies ranging from 3GL to 4GL. Kripal has developed software systems related to multimedia technology & has completely automated the services of Rotary Blood Bank. He has managed development of products for Hewitt Associates and other organizations of international repute.
Kripal holds Masters in Computer Application from Birla Institute of Applied Science, a PG Diploma in Information Systems from AIMA, and is graduate from Delhi university.
Anand Kumar Singh, Associate Director Quality, an expert in Quality Assurance & Quality Control. Anand has over 8 years of experience in quality control and performance testing for web based applications. He has worked on CBTs & WBTs, has developed & implemented CMMI processes and contributed to the quality drive in multiple organizations prior to joining Saigun.
A winner of 'National Mathematics Olympiad' in his academic pursuit. Anand holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is Microsoft Certified Professional and Solution Developer (MCP & MCSD).

Sudha Kumar, CEO, Prayag Consulting has over 16 years experience in the high technology strategy & marketing and Management Consulting. Prior to Prayag, Sudha worked at Infosys Technologies, Bangalore to start their Corporate Planning function. She was also a part of the Infosys ADR team and transformed the marketing function in the company. Sudha is a gold medalist in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Anna University. She also has a PGDM from IIM (Bangalore).
Bill Buttimer, leads Hewitt's center of expertise for online communication and works with Fortune 500 clients to define innovative electronic communication strategies and solutions. In this role, he manages and sells services to support client needs related to retirement, healthcare, benefits, employee engagement, talent management, and employee portals.
Bill has been with Hewitt for 14 years. Before joining Hewitt, he was a senior systems consultant at Andersen Consulting. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and holds a BS in General Engineering, a BA in English from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Northwestern University with a focus on marketing and organizational behavior.

His expertise in auditing covers Statutory audit of more than 50 branches of Nationalized Banks and Tax & Internal audit of nearly 100 different companies.
